How much does it cost to cancel a booking?

A reservation on our own website is always non-refundable, unless you add the option 'Flexible booking conditions'.

Non-refundable rate (= standard rate)

Cancellation without charge is not possible.

In case of cancellation more than 30 days before departure, we charge 30% of the total price.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days before departure, we charge 100% of the total price.
Paid extras/supplements can no longer be cancelled.

Refundable rate

It is possible to add the option 'Flexible booking conditions'. For €15 per night, per holiday stay you enjoy;
